Mauro Rilova has held the position of Tax Director and worked closely with multinational corporations across various industries throughout his career.

His expertise lies in tax advisory for the acquisition of hotel businesses and companies within the tourism sector, including car-hiring enterprises. Mauro has led tax planning processes for strategic investments and conducted risk assessments in Due Diligence projects, providing practical and effective solutions.

Mauro has also assisted Spanish companies in their international expansion into complex and diverse jurisdictions such as the United Arab Emirates, the European Union, and Latin America, further consolidating his experience in international tax contexts.

Throughout his career, Mauro has developed strong competencies in international tax planning, with a particular focus on transfer pricing valuation. Additionally, he has provided strategic guidance during tax inspection processes, helping businesses navigate highly complex fiscal scenarios successfully.

These significant experiences and his strategic vision of the tax landscape led him to join Borja Rivas in founding Mylegalinbox, combining his technical expertise and international focus to deliver high-level tax solutions to TravelTech companies and beyond.
