He has built strong expertise in international tax planning, with a particular focus on the valuation of related-party transactions, and has provided strategic advice in tax inspections.

Júlia Forn is a lawyer specialising in administrative law and regulated sectors, as well as data protection and digital rights law.

She began her career at international law firms (Baker & McKenzie and KPMG Abogados), carrying out due diligence on acquisitions and restructurings of international companies, advising on regulatory issues linked to business expansion and working on data protection projects.

She then joined the legal teams of major travel corporations such as Grupo Piñero-Bahía Príncipe and the multinational Hotelbeds, negotiating agreements with leading hotel chains, cruise lines and inbound travel service companies, and leading data protection and new technology projects for the industry. In the public sector, she has held key roles in the legal department of the public company EMAYA.
